About Me

I am a Florida Supreme Court Certified Family Law Mediator and licensed attorney with experience guiding couples through the divorce process in an efficient and respectful manner. My role is to facilitate discussions, assist in reaching mutually acceptable agreements, and prepare the necessary documents to finalize your divorce without the need for prolonged court involvement.

Our Services

We provide mediation and document preparation services, including:

  1. Mediation Sessions: Structured, confidential meetings (in person or via Zoom) to address all issues related to your divorce, such as division of assets and debts, parenting plans, and support arrangements.
  2. Document Preparation: Drafting the Marital Settlement Agreement, Parenting Plan (if applicable), and all other required forms for an uncontested divorce, along with filing assistance.
  3. Process Support: Reasonable access by phone and email throughout the process to answer questions and keep the case moving forward.

Our Pricing and Fees

Dissolution of Marriage/Divorce with minor children $4400

This fee includes up to eight hours in session (meeting in person or via Zoom).

Dissolution of Marriage/Divorce with NO minor children $2800

This fee includes up to five hours in session (meeting in person or via Zoom).

Our fees are based on a flat rate for a complete, uncontested divorce package. Half is due at the first mediation session, with the balance due at the second session.

Payment Options

We accept checks, cash, and credit cards.

Third-party Services and Fees: We do not pay or advance third-party fees.

If you need complex documents, like a QDRO (which is used to divide certain types of pensions) or deeds prepared we will refer you to outside legal resources.

The Clerk of the Court charges a fee for filing a dissolution of marriage – this fee is not included in our cost of service.
