Divorce Need Not Destroy

Divorce is a major life transition that can affect every aspect of your life. However, divorce does not have to destroy you. At A Friendly Divorce our mission is to make your divorce as easy, painless, and friendly as possible. Our unique mediation model encourages dialogue so a couple can ease heartache and stress, work together to conserve their resources, protect their children, and move forward towards an uncontested divorce.

We are a network of Florida Supreme Court Certified Family Mediators. In addition to divorce mediation, the Friendly Divorce Mediators in this network offer document preparation services so that you can have a one-stop divorce experience. While most couples go through this process without attorneys, some couples will use attorneys and financial experts as consultants. Either way, your mediator will assist you so that you end-up in front of a Judge for an uncontested divorce. There are Friendly Divorce Mediators throughout Florida.
